If you choose to submit an out-of-network claim to your insurance provider, you may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement directly from them. In this case, the fee for the appointment will be $200. This fee accounts for both administrative processing and the doctor’s time in preparing the necessary documentation and codes required for your insurance claim submission.
